Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, MODE-X does not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or customer error.
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
• You received an item that differs from your order
• The product is visibly damaged or defective
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if either of these applies.
Refunds
After inspecting the product and confirming that it qualifies for a return, we will issue a refund using the method you specify.
The customer is responsible for bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
Cases not eligible for a return
• Returns for personal reasons, including a change of mind, a different subjective experience or an ordering error
• You did not contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Damage or soiling occurred while the product was in your care
